A request starts a conversation

Sending the meeting form asks Austin to contact you about your request. It does not confirm an appointment, create a paid engagement, or guarantee availability. A meeting time is agreed through follow-up communication.

Provide contact details you are authorized to use. Submitting a request allows a response about that request by email or phone. It is not consent to unrelated marketing or automated promotional messages.

Scope, prices, and results

Service descriptions are general information. Before paid work begins, the scope, deliverables, pricing, timing, responsibilities, and any project-specific terms should be agreed separately in writing. Those agreed terms govern the project.

Search rankings, placement in AI answers, advertising performance, and other third-party outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Platforms and business conditions can change. If I do not know the answer to a problem, I will be up front about it.

Use the website responsibly

You may browse the site and contact me for legitimate inquiries. Do not submit spam, impersonate someone, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the form or its delivery service.

The form is for a short description of what you need. Do not submit confidential credentials, payment information, or material you do not have permission to share.

Website content

The branding, photographs, written content, and other original materials on this site belong to their respective owners. Viewing the site does not grant permission to reuse its branding or photographs commercially. Contact me to discuss permission. Rights granted by applicable law remain unaffected.

I aim to keep information accurate, but it may contain mistakes or become outdated. Confirm any detail that matters to a project before relying on it. Content may be updated as services change.

External services and availability

The meeting form uses FormSubmit for delivery and verification. External services and linked websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. The Privacy Policy explains the contact information sent through the form.

The website and submission service may occasionally be unavailable. If the form or verification step prevents you from getting in touch, email austin@blacktopcabot.com. A submission screen is not a guarantee that an email has reached the inbox.

Your rights and changes

These website terms do not replace a signed project agreement or exclude any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If these terms change, the revised version and date will appear here. Changes to website terms do not automatically change a separate agreement for services.
